  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@majorsilks.com or through the return request form.

  2. Our team will arrange a pickup if your pin code is serviceable.

  3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier pickup agent.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after quality inspection of returned items.
Refund methods include:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Exchange for another product

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Exchanges

You can request a different size or a different product (price difference applies).

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.
